Is it just a Go Pro mount bolted on? @ltc
yup!
What are the mudguards? @hugo7
PDW 45s
The only tricky bit is getting the right length m3 screws to minimise fouling the tyre (can always cut some down too).
GoPro mount, here are a few links (UK or China), even come in silver for matchyness. https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005006973159164.html https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/176529503587 https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/305721317843
Added a layer of 3M 8671HS tape for protection/vibration under the mount as PDW seem to do this with all the other fittings.

Light holder Pictured is from MagCAD, also recommend Cat3bits https://www.etsy.com/uk/listing/1350122607/exposure-trace-side-entry-clip-for https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/294953997887
Think I'd avoid the Exposure version, far too easy for someone to nick at traffic lights. Could have perphaps gone a little lower. Could go real low too and use as a secondary light to illuminate the road red.
Very tidy. Had considered something similar with a velcro mount, but never got around to working out how to fit it to the mudguard
