I have a 1993 Condor frame, number 7793 - 653 tubing. One of yours @DaveYates?
It currently looks very sad, but I'm getting it restored and built up.

Yes, one of ours, built 30/7/93 for someone called Perry. Condor model Pro in 653

I'm really enjoying exploring this thread!
Talking of 1993 Condors, I'm now wondering if you made my pursuit frame, @DaveYates. Serial number 1893. I've owned it for 30 years and always wondered who the builder was. I bought it from Grays Inn Rd in early '94.
It's 653. I think it was originally for one of the Olympia Sport guys for the team pursuit.

@DaveYates you total legend, massive fan of your work!
I have this frame 9928 - originally one of a pair? this one had bigger tyre/mudguard clearance & the other had really tight clearances. Always been curious - the previous owner said the tubing was a real mix of different tubes but couldn't remember the details. The seat-tube has a Columbus PRX sticker but maybe there's a Reynolds tube or two in there? You probably don't have records of that, but thought I'd ask just in case! Anyway, it rides great, has spent most of the last 15yrs being my main commuter around London.

List of my current Dave whips, need to check for some numbers:
*My only custom-made-for-me one. DY 1006 Fixed Winter Bike, 853 triangle, 725 stays I recall, 'R' fork. 1" threadless steerer. Not-quite-horizontal TT which Dave said would look like a mistake. He was right. Engraved DY on crown and undrilled SS bridge. Stainless ends /single bottle bosses. Clearance for 28 w guards. Fillet brazed. TT c. 550mm, virtual ST c.590mm
*Condor MTB 26er 853 frame for sus-fork (presumably main triangle only). Fillet Brazed. HT for 1&1/8" steerer. Will confirm if it's one of Daves when i get round to finding the serial. About 16" size I guess. Bought from early-forum face Sam.
*Paris road frame, unnamed (mixed?) Columbus tubes. Close clearance, no eyes. Lugged. 1" steerer. Will confirm if it's one of Daves when i get round to finding the serial. 570mm TT ish, by about 590mm ST. Bought from someone here up in Manc land.
*DY / M Steel Tandem 26er, 531 Tandem tubeset, flat oval drainpipe, crossed-X seatstay bridge, bosses for roller-cam or U brakes. Humongous and beautiful sloping fork crown. Fillet Brazed. 1" steerer! Fairly slack HT geo ie ATB style with no- or negative trail. DS chainstay was rotten when I acquired, replaced very nicely by Winston Vaz with columbus TSX, a few extra bosses (direct mount guards & front rack) added at the same time. Will hunt for serial but have powdercoated it so a bit iffy unless I whip the fork out in case there's one there. Pilot ST c. 530mm, Stoker ST c. 480mm, at a guess. Bought from Matt (can't remember name on here) in Bomo.
*DY audax from around 2016. Mixed reynolds. Compact. Rear rack & Mudguard eyes. Fillet Brazed. 1&1/8" steerer. Nice Ebay seller called Steve from Stoke confirmed it was built for him by Dave, will check number though. c.550mm TT, Virtual ST about 540mm at a guess, ie too small for me really.
I regret not buying one that ended up in Rick's hands (Rickster?), a red 26r touring rig. And of course Dogsball's old purple and silver track machine.
Parklife!

You bought the tandem from me @Skülly and I still miss it - you did a wonderful job with it. And you dropped a Roberts frame with Winston which due to lockdowns I lost track of and might still be there!
I got the Tandem on eBay in 2016 (ish) and I recall from Kent-way. Had been stored outside. -

Hey mate! Yes of course. Forum names are hard to remember!
If you want me to pop down to Winston some time I'd be happy to help.

Pretty sure I've seen you about on this riding in Brockley (we have probably already done this my memory's patchy!). It's a lovely bike.

Sorry, cant actually find that number but it certainly looks like one of mine. Every frame order, no matter where it came from, was recorded under our number sequence. Condor orders had the Condor number next to the customer's name. Sometimes this bit was missed. I have found several close numbers relating to Olympia Sport riders eg Rob Hayles 1593, so I am fairly confident that is one of ours

Amazing! Great to finally know (almost for sure) its provenance and that it's one of yours. It's in Olympia Sport colours, so can't imagine it would've been for anyone else.
You've made a middle-aged ex racer v happy. Thank you.

Condor MTB very likely one of mine, afaik no one else made ATBs for them. I only made Paris Galibiers for Condor as far as I remember. Numbers will confirm all

Aha the nutty Galibier! You were patiently making an Uber Fancy 'lugged' one when I came to see you. We both kind of rolled our eyes if I remember. Takes all sorts eh.

Would be great to know anything about the Wayfarer Skully mentioned, @DaveYates.
Sorry for state of the paint, the serial is tough to read. DY 0602?
Love this bike.

Silly me, I did a test post in the test thread and @'d Dave and he replied there.
"This was the second frame built in 2006 for a chap in Reading. Original paint, 20" seat tube, 23 1/2" top tube, 71 head, 45 fork offset, 71 seat, 10 1/2" nominal bb height, 26" ATB wheels"
Thanks Dave!

Yes, one of ours. Invoiced 8/11/99 in the order book as " Baracchi Mega" 67cm, 853 tube
