One of the few perks of my job driving around Suffolk and Norfolk is occasionally grabbing coffee from a new roasters in this instance Tropic Coffee near Kings Lynn. Or in this case 4 new coffees. Can’t decide which to have or how to have it.

Any suggestions???

I'm guessing from the names alone that those are going to be quite dark roasts.

They are. The Java high roast I had this morning made a very punchy espresso, but I very nice brewed coffee.

I didn’t think too much about the roast when I was choosing. Rightly or wrong I smelt the beans and choose what smelt good.
