Actually, how are people running short saddles like the Spesh Power? Nose flat, nose down? With it flat it seems the ramp at the back kinda makes me lean forward and end up on the nose of the saddle anyway.
I might go back to an Adamo on it but I thought I'd give the short, stock saddle a go first.
I have my saddle pretty level, think it should be slightly down, if you have issues with hips/back to help release the pressure but then can more that to your hands..
