Length of pipe inversely affects flow
But resistance is inversely proportional to r⁴. If you scale a pipe uniformly in all three dimensions, the flow for a given pressure drop is greater in the larger pipe, even though it's longer. It's a cubic law, so doubling all the dimensions gives an eightfold increase in volume flow.

I realise this is a month ago but it must not be allowed to pass unchallenged. Poiseuilles law. Length of pipe inversely affects flow.
There, now I can sleep easier (unless my age dependent decreasing urethral radius has caused incomplete emptying of my bladder of course. Another aspect of laminar flow in pipes).
Edit: unless the person has a thing for wide very short penises which is a possibility of course
