Hi,
We're organising the Palace to Palace (Buckingham Palace to Windsor) Bike Ride for The Prince's Trust this coming Sunday (6th October) and I've just had 2 paid crew drop out (both cycling roles).
The roles involve being the sweep cyclists (tail-end Charlie) on the 2 routes (90 mile and 45 mile). essentially you'd be required to ride with the last cyclist on the event and stand down Feed Station crew etc as you passed.
You'd be paid £150 for the role and a lift back into London post event is possible.
The 90 Mile sweeper would leave The Mall at 07:00 and the 45 Mile sweeper at 09:30.
Drop me a pm if interested, they are long slow days as the back cyclists will not be going swiftly but if you're upbeat, positive and like helping people accomplish things they might not think they can, then it is a nice rewarding role.
