Banged on my new steam oven on for the first time on Sunday and it wasn't dispensing any water, siemens let you book an engineer online, so did it on Monday, got an engineer booked for today and he's been and fixed it.
Pretty impressed with the service, even more so as I have a 5 year service warranty.
