  • That stuff soaks up sauce beautifully. Great with a laksa or Thai curry.

    I made Meera Sodha's carrot laksa recently and I would recommend (maybe take out half the carrots and put in some different veg, I used broccoli, mini sweetcorn, spinach and something else).
