*Faran owners 😅
Looked at adding amey and it was the exact same price as separate orders, the discount code negates most of the group order benefits..
But if you want rims only, there is a little saving, drop me a PM and I can always ask..

I bought some Xyk...KyW...YkWYb....Ykywbike bib shorts with an Elastic Interface pad and they
are pretty nice. First I was a bit disappointed because the pad was sewn in with a single zigzag
stitch and not with a multi row like Rapha or Lusso but then I saw that Assos uses the same
style so it's probably Ok. They also have the same type of straps like Assos that don't bunch
up and stay nice and flat against the skin. Only did a short ride but they feel good so far.

Been eyeing up Shimano brake calipers and derailleurs on AliExpress, do people actually bother faking these kinds of parts? I can understand chains and cassettes, but all those moving parts, really?

I don't know but I bought a 105 groupset (shifters and mechs) on ali last year and it has been lovely. I would buy again.

I bought some Shimano hydro shifters and calipers a few years ago and they were pretty good. I replaced the hoods with official ones as they were fairly misshapen but they've lasted a good 5 years.

Please report back on longevity.
My experience with mid-range bibs is that the padding goes before the stitching. -

What's your reasoning? Ugly chain stays = more clearance?
Or less integrated stuff?

I want to upgrade my planet x xla. With something that is cheap. I like mudguards. I like going "OFFFROAD TOTHEMX" when i get out on my bike.
Really I want something like a crux but with nice mudguard options. -
