This looks like a dialed set up. I was keen but alas it’s too small for me.

Disc-drops-Alfine-531 Pashley for £250 in Exeter - can confirm these weigh a tonne but good value for the spec

Good spot, I have no need, just want.

Convert to risers/sweptbacks and this is the perfect town bike
-

Exactly. I happened to have had the (dubious) honour of helping to name this particular model when Pashley were developing it back in 2014. Not sure allowing a dumb 21 year old to do that was the smartest thing but it could’ve been worse

Low Pro Colombus Max Trike !

That is excellent

853 Rourke, Chorus, White industries, King headset, futura fork, coded mudguards, decent clearances.
Seen the bike in person when I worked at a local shop, it's nice. Seems fair at £1500.

Just waiting for the guy to say what size it is but looks too big for me; 58 front maybe?

Mien Gott ! If they had a weekly prize in the "Anti" thread, I think you'd be on a winner there :)
It's even got a big clang in the top tube that the advert doesn't mention. -

Didn't notice that, nor the potential "shut up legs" thing near the HT 🤦

• #68391
Now £500

Not a find, just an amusingly terrible listing

But a gifted plumber ;-)

Yes!

I can’t even begin to think what that would handle like. And I used to race trikes myself.

could ride nicely if repaired, possibly ?

this is actually so tempting
I’m loving my 853 volare -
• #68398
i don't think a chainstay replacement would be that much, especially as you could leave it unpainted if stainless ? idk about frame repairs
-
• #68399
Get some cable guides put on while you're at it to remove the electric only.
-
• #68400
Yeah I know a guy who could do stainless repair fairly cheap I think
That being said... it's a 'small' as my 853 is, but I think this is actually an XS as the headtube looks a lot smaller. Or that could be the bigger diameter DT making it look smaller?
For £90 this seems like quite a bargain winter commuter
