Lovely setup! Aren't you afraid of prematurely ruining the Oxic treatment on the rims riding through the winter slop?

In all fairness, I've seen the coating on these wheels holding quite well during the winter...but I've also seen them wear out quickly with light use in the summer or drier periods (same country, same roads). I'll continue using them through the autumn and will most likely switch to a different set once there's salt on the roads.@kjlem Cool!

I’ve been using Ksyrium Exalith rims for almost 3 years now during winter. The rear has just lost its ‘ridged’ brake track, front still going strong. I think with a normal set of Ali rims I’d have gone through a couple of pairs at this point.
