    Progress is going better than expected here, my general approach is aim for 10k step a day, high intensity cardio and 3x weights per week, plus a relatively low calorie/carb diet and no drinking at home. Progress since I turned 40 on 16/08:

    Weight 87.8kg > 82.4
    Chest 106cm > 102
    Waist 96cm> 89

    Still a long way to go back to where I was in 21/22 but determined to get back to mid 70s, perfectly prepared for this progress to slow, and have the occasional drinking outside of home thing to look forward to!
