    @Mr_Smyth carpets in the flat are all non wool, yet we have moths in two rooms with no carpets or no visible source of food for the moths.

    They aren't any in the bedrooms where natural fibres are. It is odd.

  • It’s the grubs that eat the silk/wool.
    I used to find moths either flying, on the wall or dead in the roller blind.
    They have either laid their eggs or just hatched and aren’t the ones munching your stuff.
    Either way you need to find and kill the grubs, they may not be in the same room as the moths, I’m not an expert on the life-cycle and if there are likely only eggs around waiting to hatch and feed or the wigglers are feasting already.
