Is that the tobacco or the cinnamon? there's a lot of questionable browns out there.

Oh wow. There is some really lovely and really niche stuff listed on their website. What a place!

not sure on the exact colour and it still takes me back when I open the door to get in. The ones with black leather were only SE versions, not m sport so it was definitely worth it for the extras, particularly he sport button. I don't hate it either but also don't love it

How was the import process? Was the car very different to EU spec?
-
• #80533
Relatively straightforward (I imported a Sharan TSI as well) a few difficulties but the condition for a ten year old is amazing. When I checked on RealOem it came up as a European spec - I wanted something fairly standard so parts were easily available.
Look at least ten year old cars as they only need an mot to register not SVA? -

Have a little experience from importing Japan, but we had someone there working with us so not sure about Singapore. Like costs, agents and insurance.
Wondering about things like more powerful air con, and lack of heated seats and steering wheels ;).

I guess there is a risk buying without seeing it but lots of photos/ videos to check. Both cars have been great and parts are the same as the UK cars

Mind now turns to improvements - thinking a CarPlay module for the pcm3 and maybe replace the centre exhaust with crossover pipes as even with PSE on its still pretty quiet

Definitely - although it’s always either busy with tourists or sheep/goats :p

Will a small Forge VTA fit there?

This one might work but I'd need a diamond flange not the triangle.

An X pipe with sports cats made mine sound amazing- it already hd Cargraphic cans but the change from crossover to X pipe made a huge difference. Message Richie- my car is local to 6pt so you could go for a spin.

Re AMG..
I have two neighbours with current '63 engines. Both sound a bit stunt dick at low revs compared with the '55 era. -

Love the two tone, my Dad had an early two tone 300TE. It was a lovely thing.
I’ve had this in my watchlist

The Merc always reminds me of Jenifer Hart (Stephanie Powers) from Hart to Hart.

When was the last you saw a MK1 Mondeo estate in good nick on the street. Especially without gaffa tape covered bumpers?
Finally a smart coupe for @Chaley wonder how bad this one is...shall I drop a note in to ask if it is for sale ;)

Thanks for thinking of me. I looked at one the other day. It was in pretty much the same state. TBF to the seller he talked me through all its many many problems. Having spoken to a ‘specialist’ I’m going to swerve them. When they are good they a great, when they are not they are NOT!
Oh the seller had a lifted normal smart with 215/70x15 muddies fitted…
Oh I see... it's short of neither red nor brown? I don't hate it though!
