I think this one is about 335 a year in VED. Might be less if it's been registered before a certain date, ask your mate for that info and put it up here.
Damaged door and seat bolster knock some money off and that mileage will put people off unless things like the water pump and timing belt have been sorted already. Would be worth getting that info.
All in all I suspect it's a bit steep on price. Just my 2 cents, happy to be contradicted.

Thanks @1903 Appreicate the 2 cents.
Appreciate it's not in perfect condition, happy to take offers that relfect this.
In regards to the VED, im told it's insured and taxed as a commervial vechical at the moment, so unfortuantly dont have the figure at hand for standard VED.It's got an MOT until summer next year, water pump and timing belts havent come up in previous MOT.
Open to offers that reflect the condition

They wouldn't come up in an MOT, they're just parts that are expensive to replace if they go wrong and if they haven't been replaced since the van was purchased (unlikely I would say) then it will put people off a bit. Ask him if he's got any servicing documents as having that available will help the sale.

Ok, all good to know. Thank you. I'll try and track down some servicing documents. And it is fairly high milage, but desiel so i believe it still has a lot of life left in it.
Mainly wanted to open this up to anyone of the forum before persuing other sale sites. Perfect for the cx season... extreemly comfortabe for long distances.
Hi, trying to help a friend out, full disclosure I might not have all the answers and have never sold a vechical before.
This is a Ford Transit,
Been on many adventures, you can literally take the kitchen sink with you. Big plus for winter. Lay a roll matt out, and it's a water tight hotel on wheels.
It is a desiel, but one of the modern ones that falls under the ULEZ. So super handy in London.
Looking for 8,500. But welcome sensable offers.
