What's the size of those gravel ortliebs?
I am looking for something that will fit my laptop (25cm x 34cm in its case), and be compatible with a spesh pizza rack.

They are true to size (25cm x 37cm) and very square, so that should fit snuggly in there but it's very close, welcome to borrow one if in SW or central London.

As @hugo7 points out, it depends on the commute, I should have added my weight concerns are for 16 miles each way.
As it turns out, my laptop (without case) does fit into a smaller Ortlieb, it just protrudes which is fine and this is how I've ridden it a few times.
These are the Gravel panniers (with laptop inside), you could look at these or the Sport rollers if you wanted to balance things out with a pair.
