Single comment on yesterday’s Hoffman video has resolved my greatest irritation with my coffee machine. Woo.

Can I tempt anyone with a Sage Duo Temp Pro (DTP)? good condition, recently descaled, portafilter, baskets and razor tool included. Re-lubed the rather stiff selector switch last week as well, so it's firing on all 4!
Looking for £170 but will happily consider offers.

Thinking £325.00 posted? Going the Mazzer route. Probably will wait until end of the month however.

Will jump on the machine sale bandwagon - have a Fracino Cherub HX (2.6l boiler and steams like a train) that I have decided to replace with a lever machine; think it's about 8 or 9 years old and I have only ever fed it Ashbeck water. It's been going fantastically all this while, though in that time the pump gave up the ghost and has been replaced. Think some of the o-rings will also need replacing soon as the steam wand drips water occasionally, but I've been using it like that daily and have had no issues. 375 fair given all that? Will probably need collecting from SE London as it is pretty heavy.

I’m between Hoxton and Shoreditch this morning and want to buy some beans on the way back, there’s plenty of cafes about but didn’t find anything suitable when I was here before. Happy to walk a bit to get something decent like colonna/baileys/roundhill etc.
no dark arts as their filter coffee is too dark for me. -

Jolene? They do Square Mile. Allpress across from them is also decent.
Anyone posted this restoration yet? I'm not sure that the coffee making itself is up to much, but it's interesting and satisfying nonetheless.
