Nice; can this clean the inside of an oven, including the top with the elements etc?

Yes - you will still need to clean the oven but it makes it much less effort. I’ve never bothered to use the cleaning function on ours as keep on top of it with this and a brush

When I had a steam cleaner it left everything a bit damp. Do you find that's the case or are you wiping down as well?
