I got the brand wrong it's a Bisell

If we had more room then might have gone for the Karcher steam cleaner but this is small and gets the job done

Nice; can this clean the inside of an oven, including the top with the elements etc?

Yes - you will still need to clean the oven but it makes it much less effort. I’ve never bothered to use the cleaning function on ours as keep on top of it with this and a brush
