  • If they fit, why not. You mean just the chromed rack and/or enamel tray, right? They have survived temperatures much higher already and the detergent in a dishwasher isn't as harsh as oven cleaner?

    Half a lemon and a good amount of bicarb. Use the lemon like a scourer and it cuts through everything, then just a soft sponge with warm water to mop up - good for deep clean as well as weekly.

  • Honestly for £30 I'd say a steam cleaner is a good investment - great for glass on ovens, shower screens, windows etc.
