Don't watch videos, Wahoo change the inserts they provided on a whim so chances that yours is the same as the video are quite slim. If the insert is flippable, it will just pull out of the trainer, no need to unscrew anything.

Yeah - it’s a flippable insert. I haven’t collected the trainer yet so I can’t quite get my head around it but it seems like it will be reasonably straightforward.

What model Neo? If it's the one I have, there's an issue with it rubbing on disc brake calipers and you can contact them and they'll post out a whole new axle kit that includes a single spacer you need to push the stays further out.

Oh, KICKR, soz. I have KICKR bits too but I use them.
