Model makers table saw would do a nice job. Good excuse to buy a Proxxon ;)
Lower the blade right down and remove top guard/riving knife with the fence set right up against the blade.
It’s how I’d do it if I didn’t have access to a router but might not be the best method. It’s def doable on a full size table saw.
I’ve done similar when making full size canvas theatre flats in the past.
