Park Tools glue-less patches. Work great
On the contrary. I have never had one work successfully.

Must be user error on my part.

Maybe they have changed, glue-less used to be useless but the ones I have used the last couple of years have been good. Certainly the easiest way to do a quick repair.

imagine getting angry on the internet with a stranger who doesnβt like the bodge you like
Imagine being such a douche you pop into a totally cool thread to uncool it up with disingenuous point-scoring doucheyness.

Been a while since I tried glueless, for good reason...

I'm sorry that you're sad that I don't like your hacky use of baking paper and hobby glue to fix a bike, truly

The Lezyne glueless patches I find so much better than the Park tools. Until the temperature goes above 25 degrees then they seem to unglue themselves.

Imagine being such a douche you pop into the Non-hydro braking thread to uncool it up with disingenuous point scoring douchyness.
Jus sayinβ¦

Dude, I am fucking never disingenuous. Authentic to a fault, right here.
It was a serious question about the constant adjustment.

Pretty piss-poor heuristics guiding your judgement there, pal

Ok mate, you do you

I was still a bit nervous about hanging all that weight off it though, so I stuck some baking paper around the tube
I was a hydraulic service technician for about as many years as I was a bike mechanic

Nice selective quoting there.
Either you didn't understand the situation despite the exhaustive explanation which worked for others, or you're being disingenuous like the very worst politicians. I suspect the latter, but you decide which is worse.
I've said all that's necessary and more; have at it. It's bedtime in this part of the world

Mate, stop trying to win at forum.

We might need some structural hot glue for both your dicks soon if you're going to keep swinging them.

• #3421
Would rep.

structural hot glue
I know it sounds crazy, right?
Time will tell. Will post any developments. I'm optimistic though since it's just in compression

Pff, 6/10 if generous. He can do way better
A good mate I rode 2023/24 Traka with uses gloves to fix any tubeless issues. He is good at remembering to put them on but also lost his wedding ring somewhere along the route while removing the gloves in 23.
We went out to search for it later that day but it was nowhere to be seen.
He had stopped three times and had remembered the spots he stopped but of course when we revisited them each time it was in the longest grass imaginable.
Fortunately his wife was very understanding and somehow when his was replaced she got a new ring out of it too.
