As someone with no real knowledge of bike fit past "can I get my short legs over it comfortably" rather than "its way too long" its more " oh I'm not used to this kind of racer-esque stretch and bent back" kinda thing. I have a set of the On One forks already which would fit. My first cursory glance at bars was at something like Ritchey Keyotes or a BLB Sunday Bar.
Truth be told, I could do with getting rid of a a bike or two to get some space back, both mentally and in my garage. But I do love the look of the frame and the utilitarian nature nature of them.
It depends. How much too long is it?
Also remember that lots of swept back bars have an initial forward sweep e.g. OG
so you need something with the right net(?) sweep.
Maybe just grab a cheap set of North Road bars and try it out as a temp set up lower cost of entry than bling bars and new forks.
