TLDR edit for anyone new.
2021 Outsiders buy remote Scottish station house and think they own all the station. But they don't.

2023 Deny access for station maintenance and end up getting the station closed. A station which they use(d).

2023 They stand on the line and force a train to stop. Get arrested.

2024 Network Rail force access to do maintenance and repair on the station.

Please bear with me for a bit, because I have been shadow blocked on the Altnabreac Station Cover Up youtube chanel for questioning their facts. So thought I'd post here.

I first saw their video, where two British Transport Police had come to threaten them with arrest for obstructing Network Rail accessing THEIR land. Grrrr BTP bullies.

They showed the BTP officers a screen shot print, showing their property title outlined on a map and the area they kept saying is "our land" didn't seem to fit!

Being into maps and not wishing this couple to get into trouble for not understanding their boundary. I bought a copy of their title and the ones available for the neighbouring land and had a proper look. On posting that his driveway was probably shared with NR land, I was told" NR don't own any land here but they are stealing ours" Its a railway station, so they definitely own some land there.

Their latest walk around the station, after the first part of the access work, installing a new footpath definitely shows all isn't as it seems

Compared to a video from Sept 2023, most of the platform furniture has vanished (bike rack, signs platform fence and gate) and a locked gate has appeared on the pedestrian access

I’ve seen one of their videos, they seemed a bit common law to me. All that are you here under oath stuff. Whatever the facts are, they are fighting network rail. Network rail have more money than they have. Network rail will win.

I'm a bit lost here. What's the tldr? Some people think there's a conspiracy about something in a remote Scottish station and some of those people have bought land near there which they post videos about.

However, you think they're actually running their own conspiracy by removing station furniture and faking boundary docs?

They own a plot of land and buildings which is registered on Register of Scotland website as Title CTH7726

That plot sits within the old station grounds and occupies most but not all of the land.

It doesn't include the platform, as the North West face of their home and where the fences and gate used to be are the boundary.

It doesn't include the cattle grid. As the corner is cut off and the cattle grid and pedestrian access is owned by CTH3449

It doesn't include all the land extending Northeast to the old fence line, as that is probably still retained by NR for access to the station.

Basically!

In 2023 all the small stations on the line were getting upgraded. But NR were kicked off the land and the station ended up being temporarily closed.
Which is funny as fuck when they use(d) the train to go shopping.

Cue them standing on the track infront of a train to make it stop and subsequently being arrested

Now they are still being obstructive and saying they are the victims

What do I need to post in the comments to start asking questions about where the posts from the person who bought a copy of the deeds went to make it look legit?

Hopefully. I'm all for the little people not being picked on, but they are claiming their land is being stolen, whilst turning a platform into their front garden and getting a remote station closed.

Easily verifiable facts are the station furniture and fence have disappeared within the last year. Why is the platform gate next to your chicken hut?

Those posts arent mine.

They are however correct on all counts as far as I and anyone else who bought the Title Plan would be able to see.

Before I realised they were complete grifters. Someone promoted them to get HSE involved for no barriers around the work site

I asked if it was going to cause more harm than good. And my posts have disappeared
Scenario 1. Ian asks contractors where's the required barriers. After a short delay barriers go up and work continues.Small victory.

Scenario 2. Ian contacts HSE. Executive shut down work until barriers are up. Staff get in shit and build a large safety fence along the platform out of spite.

Now I see there used to be a fence across, seperating them from an active railway.
But it's been removed by them in the past year

Isn’t this sort of thing what Facebook or twitter are for?

I spend way too much time on this forum and generally agree with the anti police, big corporation stance over miss use of powers.

The owners of Station House are using their channel in their favour by thanking all the positive comments and deleting or ignoring lots that doesn't agree.

You're clearly not spending enough time in misc and meaningless. This is the perfect distillation of home improvements, conspiracy theories and bastard neighbours.

Sorry, why are you so interested in this and spending so much time on it? More important, why are you spending money to get involved? Do you have some kind of financial interest in what’s going on?
