Friday Night Under the Lights 5k this evening in Battersea Park, and some silly quick times. I was happy to finish a little way down the field of the third fastest race (out of four) in 16:10. Only good enough for 4th v50 on the night (my club mate improved his top v50 ranking time with 15:09!) but very happy with my fastest time over the distance in 9 years, and just 6 secs outside my road pb.
Maybe the sub-16 dream is still alive!
