Eyeballed the old spindle, and one side is definitely longer than the other, so 5mm offset it is. The old bb is weird; no maker markings on it, and the bearings are pressed onto the spindle itself. The lockings are shagged, also. So no chance to re-use any of that.
Should do. A 70 SS BB is 114.5mm, with the 5mm offset that was common at the time.

If your old spindle is unpitted, you could always just replace the cups.
