It's a bit crazy isn't it... but then, so is all of the stuff he believes.
Anyhow, the suspected next account for lessmann is this one https://www.lfgss.com/profiles/203963/
I see them usually within a few seconds of registering, but yet always give a little time just in case the lesson is learned (to not be a conspiracy theory gullible nut case), which means waiting until something bat shit crazy happens again.
Edit: BTW, when it shows "1 comment" against a new profile and yet nothing is visible, this means a DM. I guess they were letting someone know their new account or if they were trying to buy / sell something then they were resuming that.
