I couldn't make any sense from the text/descriptions. By the end I was wondering if I was having a stroke:

Turns out they're just lifting text from elsewhere (in the above case, a video game peripheral). Strong look.

How the fuck is that meant to reduce drag? I initially thought it was a sort of sail to massively increase drag for training. Like when you see people running around with mini parachutes strapped to their backs.
