Worn consumables, tyres, chain, sprocket and chainring. Play in the bottom bracket and condition of threads (if you can make them out on the rear wheel). Rim wear, trueness of wheels (give them a spin)
Oh and whether it is road legal (fitted with a front brake) although many view this as optional
