@duncs one of my first thoughts was a sub 1h20 attempt, it'll have to wait though I think as Abingdon the bigger goal. Your 1h24's off the bike suggest sub 1h20 should come, enjoy!
What do you do training wise? I'm an utter novice and have got myself to running 6 days a week consistently since doing c25k in January and now it seems to be time to add some intensity.
