Not sure that's quite abominable enough to rate inclusion - the XXL head tube and minimum insertion stem sure aren't pretty, but that's pretty forgivable stuff. Maybe if both wheels were like the front? Seems like it was probably a replacement rather than 'upgrade'...

In that era dropped top tubes were a good solution to keep the stack high. Nothing anti about it.

Edwig Van Hooydonck springs to mind. Also it would be unwise to insult that machine as the rider must be at least 6'6" and might have a nasty temper.
Mind you, that front wheel is horrid.
