Also had a HM achievement this weekend. Managed to run 13.1 on Saturday - longest run post injury and probably pushing it a bit, but feels like I’m starting to be able to get back to it in an actually meaningful way now. Still can’t run fast, but at least my leg can take a bit of plodding
^ great progress from long covid.
I broke 1h21m for half marathon this morning. Hasn't sunk in yet.
