All of this is very odd, since when did Johnson do anything that didn’t benefit himself in some way?
And why so coy/silent about the reason for putting Charlotte Owen in the House of Lords. Usually there would be some self-serving blustering bullshit - he can’t help himself - but here, nothing. Why?
