I have a eufy doorbell too. I think its main advantage is that it doesn't need a subscription to work and it also uses "Local AI" to do some basic stuff like alerting you when humans are detected, even if the doorbell isn't pressed (useful round these parts where the delivery people often drop off packages and leg it without letting anyone know).
Downsides I've noticed are: it's often very slow to respond. By the time someone's rung the bell, and the notification has reached your phone, and the app has loaded and started streaming video... the person has long since given up and left. Also, the app sometimes fails to show history, but you can often just refresh the page and it'll load second time around.
