  • I have an indoor mini Tapo camera pointing out of my office window to view the garden. We’ve had badgers digging everything up and I wanted to see where they were gaining entry and to see if some deterrents were working. However at night the window reflects the IR light making the picture useless. Anything I can do? Or do I need to purchase an outdoor cam instead?

  • You could get a trail cam, triggered by movement.
You can get ones that connect to WiFi. I bought one when a vixen made my shed into her den and I watched the 4 cubs grow up in the garden.

Other option is a cheapish security cam that can also do WiFi and you can leave it there for..err... security

  • How did you stop this meaning the garden was constantly full of fox shit or did you just live with that?

We have local back garden foxes and I wouldn't mind them but for the constant shit everywhere which means I can never let my toddler out without doing a safety check first
