It’s a miserable bike to ride on anything but turbo. So heavy, so dull. It’s like pedalling a barge. I need a little va va voom. Been riding a modified cotic BFE with Penny on the back and it’s been great, despite being hard work.
Got the double nursery run from January onwards it’s gonna be an ordeal.

I’ve got a multicharger but I’m looking for something acoustic to replace it as found my fitness plummeted when I replaced the acoustic bike with electric for doing nursery run.
A UTE would be ideal but there don’t seem to by many about, the big dummy is expensive, and the yuba is shit/heavy. Cant believe just a few years ago a full UTE build was less than £650 new. Fucking brexit.
The perfect find would be a mid or longtail frame to take 2 kids out back, that could perhaps take a suspension fork, 27.5 x 2-2.2 tyres…. Clandestine do some anmazing examples but if going custom I have other options - I ideally want something ASAP.
Any ideas for something OTP?
Searching out a steel mtb frame and stick a longer back end on is a potential option if I can’t find an easier way.
Looking for a large if anyone has something appropriate gathering dust.
