Yes but it’s not been effectively compartmentalised and has gone up a floor despite being concrete, those spandrel panels and what’s behind them are the likely culprit.
There should be fire stopping/intumescent insulation fitted behind them.
Yes, the other fire safety problems that can exist have taken a bit of a back seat since Grenfell. Although the Grenfell problem seems to be the worst, there are definitely other things that firefighters have had to contend with for a long time.
Fortunately no Grenfell-style cladding on this one.
