Rear bike rack - RAV 4 (2002)

Long shot I appreciate - but looking for a compatible rear bike rack (2 bikes) for my old Rav4.

It's awkward in that there's a massive tyre on the back and we don't have a tow bar - but on the off chance that someone has cracked it and/or has something they're looking to part with, I thought I'd ask.

Any help v much appreciated.

Is the wheel well attached with the face of the cover removed? IE would something like this work

Thanks for this, asked if they'd post but was pick up only in Dunfirmline! Managed to find one new for less money on Amazon tho which is good/bad. Appreciate the reply.
