Cheers. Is there an obvious estate agent to look at? I hear decent things about Stow Brothers but at the same time reading elsewhere they seem to undervalue properties to then start a bidding war

I pretty much hate all estate agents equally tbh. if i had to single one out for maximum hate it would probably be foxtons.
Bairstow Eve, Central and Churchill seem run of the mill / okish.
i recently had an interaction with the guy from settle which was actually ok so would likely consider them when we come to sell.
but mainly just find the place you want and try to ignore the pain of dealing with an EA.

I've spent a shit load of time on Rightmove (not proud) and also lived in the area for nearly 30 years.
Some good deals in the Lloyd Park area Warner flats (that's where we had our first flat). Also worth looking at are the Abrahams purpose built flats in the Francis Road area.
