Such as a structural engineer. Those roof truss arent designed to carry any real load on them in the way you desire, also they're loading onto whatever is spanning the garage door which i doubt was designed to carry much more load than it is.
By all means throw some lighter stuff up there, but to properly board it out for storage of stuff itll need improving.
