Epic dredge, but I just did a case replacement on my own garmin, which is essentially the same steps as a screen replacement, just swapping a different part. If you have this broken garmin in a drawer somewhere I could have a crack at it.

Dropped my Garmin from around 2ft in the air on the floor of my hallway and cracked the screen.
My experience with contacting Garmin is that they offer you money off a new one, rather than attempt to fix it.
Anyone had any success in getting the screen fixed?
(I don't want to DIY it, I have the patience/manual dexterity of a gorilla)
