It’s 14 days to inform them and then 14 days from that date to return, right? So if I ordered on 22 Aug, I have till 4 Sept to inform them then till 17 Sept to return. Is that right? Think I’ll email them to state I will be returning to the store by (date), so it’s in writing. It got to a point yesterday they didn’t answer my call anymore.
