Thanks it’s summer bike, frame us a tad small for me, but I brought the frame in Japan and it would break my heart to sell, so I live with the excess seatpost and raised stem, full shot below.
Hope the saddle adjustment works for you.

If it is your pride and joy…why sell…if can do a workaround as you have done..,but you changed the fork? I was going to ask you if you were a skidder…when I rode fixed, I couldn’t do a skid stop for love or money…I would either be dead or in A&E. Vivaldi make lovely frames…👍
