I've tried a few things. Not stirring, using the japanese v60 filters rather than the dutch ones, and upgrading my grinder. Can't say any of them solved the matter completely. Heard of "Cafec Abaca" filters from another company that are meant to be clog-proof but not tried them.
I wonder if Lance Hedrick's approach of shaking the grounds to glom together the fines and boulders would increase flowrate as it does in espresso.
I've found this with decaf. Coffee takes almost twice the time to draw down. What's recommended method for decaf brewing? best to just use aeropress or some other method?
