Rode this today, found it somewhere on t'internet but can't recall where. Quite an interesting loop, not much gravel, lots of back roads but some interesting stuff. Fortunately no #SFAB

Photo I found on a blog from Epping forest in 2010 when things were real. On here?

Blog is worth a trawl. I think I found a vintage photo of pre fixe famous Rudy Melo.

I pretty much bathed in nettles today, not gonna lie, my legs feel amazing right now. The most incredible tingle.

rigorous nettle bashing to come out with immunity but I think the science says no.
Dredge, but you can definitely build a tolerance. You're likely not doing it enough.
In my teens my mates and I spent a lot of time getting mashed in woods full of nettles. I remember when a new kid came along and they were hoping about screaming from all the stings whereas the rest of us didn't notice them.

The next photo is, err, interesting :)

Fun fact; there are so many different species of nettles, some are mild, some linger on for weeks.

That body had absolutely nothing to do with me, right

Probably.
I still think tolerance and a PMA can get you through.

Natural deep heat?

That'll become an unbearable itch over the coming days
*not a fun fact

I think it's a lot better. Don't feel anything today, maybe I should have another go.

I went in again to collect additional data, it's still nice but the buzz is a bit less than yesterday. The initial sting is still unpleasant.
