Two months passed between you buying it and first contacting me for help. I asked if you wanted a refund. You said no. I stopped talking to you because you weren't offering me any reasonable way to resolve the situation.

Thanks for your message. This isn't quite true, which you're aware of. And I'd appreciate if you stopped hurling abuse at me via PM. Your personal issues shouldn't prevent you from conducting yourself politely.

There’s a hell of a lot of projection. The only person who through insults around while requesting help was you. The rudest I got was asking you “please leave me alone”.
