I think you are going to struggle there. Anything that's slippy (think PTFE) isn't going to lend itself to adhering to anything much.
If the cabinet front is plywood, can it not be sanded so that it doesn't interfere with the drawer?
The problem is not with an adjacent drawer, rather the plywood front on the integrated dishwasher itself grating on the dishwasher door when sliding open/closed.
I've just ordered some 'UHMW Polyethylene' tape, apparently designed for this kind of application... will see how it works.
