JDMdistro is expensive, Streeter is way cheaper and a really good guy. I've used Streeter once but my mates have used him loads of times.
However, Japan isn't the place to go for reasonably priced BBS if you live in Europe.
German eBay marketplace is much better and I have an excellent German contact who can handle the logistics.
