I went to see the Meteors 30 years after last seeing them, they sang the same songs, did the same ad-libs between those songs and where just as crap as they were bitd. It was a fab night, it had nothing to do with music really. My guess it it’s the same for the Quoasis lads.

Coincidentally, I listened to In Heaven a couple of days ago, out of curiosity more than anything else. Had forgotten how much I loved Psycho For Your Love as a teenager. The big surprise was listening to the Clapham South Escalators straight afterwards, Leave Me Alone is so good, the perfect 60s punk pastiche.
Hadn't listened to any of that stuff in close to forty years. 😬

What is it with old cunts going back 20 years to a band they thought were great at the time? I’m 62, and I can count on the fingers of one arthritic hand the bands of that era I want to revisit. There’s so much good new stuff out there, why are you wasting time and money on fucking garbage like Oasis?
